Due to the perishable nature of our hydration products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please initiate your claim within 14 days of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, carefully check your PRIME order for any signs of leakage, package damage, or missing items before opening the individual bottles.

    Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required to process your refund or replacement request.

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the documentation gathered to receive a return authorization or credit.

    Receive Resolution

    Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
